The Sainsbury Centre is a world-class art gallery at the University of East Anglia (UEA). Admission is free to the permanent collections, which feature outstanding world and modern European art. There are also special exhibitions changing every few months.

The Centre, which was designed by acclaimed architect Lord Norman Foster, is often described as one of the most beautiful late modern buildings in the world.

Travel and parking
Situated on the UEA campus, west of Norwich. Take the B1108 Earlham road away from city centre. Cross the outer ring-road and the 'five-ways' roundabout, then follow UEA and museum signs (a left hand turn) and enter the campus. Free, dedicated Sainsbury Centre car park signed on campus.

Public transport
Bus numbers 22, 25, 30 (fast service, term-time only) and 35 run from Norwich city centre to UEA. Ask for the Sainsbury Centre stop. See the First Bus website for details.
